By using this website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or sending media to VHS2DigitalConvert, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Quotes are provided based on the information you give us and may need to be revised if the media received differs materially from the description, requires additional work, or has issues that were not apparent at the time of quotation. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it.

You confirm that you own the media you send to us or have permission to have it copied or converted. You must not send unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material. You remain responsible for the content of your media.

We take care when handling your media and aim to produce high-quality digital files. The results can be affected by the age, condition, recording quality, deterioration, mould, damage, or format of the original media. Tape repair, mould removal, and cleaning may be required before conversion and are charged separately where applicable.

You are responsible for packaging your media safely when sending it to us. We will return original media and any ordered storage media to the delivery address provided with your order. Please include your name and order reference with posted media so we can identify it promptly.

Prices shown on the website are subject to change before an order is accepted. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Return postage is added at checkout where applicable. We may pause work on an order until payment has been confirmed.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Please keep copies of any irreplaceable material where possible before sending it for conversion.

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use its content without permission except as permitted by law.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page, together with its last updated date.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
