All CDs, USB drives, and related storage media for our VHS conversion services are supplied as an additional cost and are not included at our standard service fees.
Please note: If you supply your own USB device or storage media, we cannot be held liable if the converted videos or music files fail to work correctly on that device. We recommend using storage media supplied by us to guarantee compatibility.
Tape Repairs: Any tape repair work is carried out entirely at the owner's risk. While we take every care during the repair process, we cannot be held liable for any damage, data loss, or unsuccessful playback resulting from tape repair attempts.

- Simply post or courier your tapes to our Birmingham address. We accept VHS, VHS-C, Hi-8, Mini DV, cassettes, vinyl records, photos, film negatives and DVDs from anywhere in the UK. We'll return your originals along with your digital files on USB or via a download link.
- ?What format will my converted files be in?
- All video conversions are delivered as standard MP4 files, compatible with PCs, Macs, smart TVs, phones, tablets and most media players. Audio cassettes and vinyl records are converted to MP3 or WAV. Photos and film negatives are delivered as high-resolution JPEG or TIFF files.
- ?How long does VHS to digital conversion take?
- Turnaround time depends on the number of tapes. Most orders are completed within 5–10 working days of receiving your media. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
- ?Do you use hardware encoders or USB dongles?

- Yes — we offer a video tape repair service for £2.00 per tape. If your tape has a broken or snapped shell, damaged leader tape, or a jammed mechanism, we can repair it before attempting digitisation. Simply include your damaged tapes with your order and we'll assess and repair them.
- ?Do you cover the whole of the UK?
- Yes — our postal VHS to digital conversion service covers the whole of the United Kingdom. You don't need to be near Birmingham; simply post your tapes to us and we'll return them once converted.
